Patrick’s Pasta Salad 

Ingredients 

1 16-oz package Corkscrew Pasta
2 16-oz bags Frozen Broccoli Florets
2 Red Peppers
8 Roma Tomatoes
3 packages Good Seasons Fat Free Italian Dressing Mix
1 bottle Garlic Wine Vinegar
2 cans Black Olives
1 8-oz container shredded Parmesan Cheese 

Directions 

  1.  Defrost Broccoli for a few hours

  2. Boil pasta according to package.

  3. Cut up peppers and tomatoes

  4.  Mix dressing according to package, using garlic wine vinegar

  5. Drain pasta

  6. Mix pasta, dressing, veggies and cheese together
