Patrick’s Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 16-oz package Corkscrew Pasta
2 16-oz bags Frozen Broccoli Florets
2 Red Peppers
8 Roma Tomatoes
3 packages Good Seasons Fat Free Italian Dressing Mix
1 bottle Garlic Wine Vinegar
2 cans Black Olives
1 8-oz container shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions

Defrost
Broccoli for a few hours

Boil pasta
according to package.

Cut up
peppers and tomatoes

Mix
dressing according to package, using garlic wine vinegar

Drain pasta
-
Mix pasta,
dressing, veggies and cheese together
